Date of assessment13 May 2025. Eliezer Supported Living Services is a ‘care at home’ service providing personal care to older people, younger adults and people living with learning disabilities and autism, in their own homes. Not everyone who used the service received personal care. CQC only assesses where people receive a regulated activity. Personal care is help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided. At the time of our assessment, there were 36 people being supported with personal care. The service do not currently provide support to people living with learning disabilities or autism, so we did not assess under the right support, right care, right culture approach. However, the management team showed a clear understanding of these requirements, and the needs of people living with a learning disability or autism. We announced our assessment to the provider prior to attending the service. This is because the management team may be out covering care calls and we wanted to ensure they were present in the office. The service was registered with CQC on 7 January 2019 and was previously unrated.
