BYS Care & Training Services received an overall rating of Good across all five key questions at its first CQC inspection in February 2020, demonstrating safe, personalised and well-managed domiciliary care for four people. Minor gaps in diabetes risk assessments and care record detail were identified and promptly addressed by the registered manager following the inspection.
