Vista Care Solutions received a Good rating across all five key questions at its first inspection, demonstrating safe, person-centred care with strong staff training, recruitment and governance processes. A single recommendation was made regarding the recording of lessons learnt from accidents and incidents.

· Medicines managed safely with electronic MAR system providing automatic alerts to care coordinators for missed administrations
· Robust recruitment process including DBS checks, references, health screening and full employment histories
· Staff received regular supervision, induction including shadowing, and ongoing training accessible via phone and website
· Care records were person-centred, detailed and regularly reviewed with involvement of people and their relatives
