We carried out our assessment of this service between 29 April 2025 to 02 May 2025. Healthcare Professionals Recruitment Services Ltd provides care to people living in their own home. Not everyone who used the service received personal care. CQC only inspects where people receive personal care. This is to help with tasks related to personal hygiene and eating. At the time of the inspection there was one person receiving personal care. At the time of the inspection, the service did not care or support for anyone with a learning disability or an autistic person. However, we assessed the care provision under Right Support, Right Care, Right Culture, as the service is registered to provide care for this population group. We had previously inspected this service in January 2020, where it was rated as good across the safe, effective, caring, responsive and well domains and good overall. Our ratings did not change as a result of this inspection. This was a planned assessment of all quality statements under the key questions of safe and well-led. We carried out the site visit on 01 May 2025. We gave the service 24 hours’ notice of the inspection. This was because we wanted to make sure someone would be available to support us with the assessment. People received safe care, were protected from abuse. The service followed safe recruitment processes and there were enough staff to support people. Care and risk management plans were individualised and met people’s needs. Staff knew people well and knew how they liked to be supported. There was a clear management structure and staff felt supported. The provider sought feedback from people, relatives, and staff and used this to develop the service. There were effective systems to monitor the quality of the service and identify when improvements were required.
