· People were supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives in the least restrictive way possible, in line with MCA principles.
· Enough appropriately skilled staff were in place and safely recruited, with DBS and background checks completed for all staff.
· The registered managers developed a strong and positive culture promoting high-quality, person-centred care.
· The provider used an electronic care records system providing real-time alerts enabling prompt management action.
