Ribble Valley Crossroads Care was rated Good across all five key questions at its first inspection in December 2023, demonstrating person-centred care, positive staff culture and effective multi-agency working. · People were supported to have maximum choice and control; staff followed best interest principles for those lacking capacity.

· Thorough induction process with mandatory training, shadowing and annual refresher training.
· Continuity of care enabled staff to build trusting relationships; people and relatives gave consistently positive feedback.
· Service worked closely with a range of health and social care professionals to improve people's outcomes.
