Date of Assessment: 24 June 2025 to 7 July 2025. Honeycomb Care is a care at home service providing support to adults of all ages, people living with dementia, mental health conditions physical disabilities, autistic people and people with a learning disability. We inspected this service following information of concern we received in relation to medicines. At this inspection, we only inspected areas of safe management of medicines. We found medicines were managed safely. We assessed the service against ‘Right support, right care, right culture’ guidance to make judgements about whether the provider guaranteed people with a learning disability and autistic people respect, equality, dignity, choices, independence and good access to local communities that most people take for granted. Staff managed medicines well and involved people in planning any changes. People were protected and kept safe. Staff understood and managed risks. Managers investigated medicine incidents thoroughly and implemented measures to reduce the risk of avoidable harm. The provider had a good learning culture and people could raise concerns. Professionals spoke positively of the registered manager and staff team and told us how they had been proactive in supporting people with very complex medical needs as well as people whose first language was not English in order for the person to understand the care given.
