Garland Support Exeter, a small homecare service for six people with learning disabilities and autism, was rated Good across all five key questions at its first inspection. The service demonstrated strong embedding of Right Support, Right Care, Right Culture principles with visible leadership, person-centred care and positive staff and family feedback.
