   Focused inspection of Housing 21 - Rohan Gardens found sufficient improvement since the previous Requires Improvement rating, with both Safe and Well-led now rated Good and previous breaches of regulations 12, 17 and 15 resolved. The overall rating moved from requires improvement to good, supported by strengthened risk management, medicines oversight, governance and an open, person-centred culture.
