Creative Support Northampton Services achieved a Good rating across all five key questions at its first inspection in November 2022, demonstrating safe, personalised and person-centred support for people with learning disabilities and autism in domiciliary and supported living settings. No regulatory breaches were identified and the service showed strong leadership, inclusive culture and effective partnership working.
