   Serve Homecare achieved a Good overall rating across both inspected key questions (Safe and Well-led), with people and relatives reporting kind, reliable, person-centred care and strong management oversight. Minor areas for improvement included inconsistent formal engagement with people and relatives, and some variability in staff life skills, which the provider was already addressing.
