Date of inspection: 4th February 2026 to 18th February 2026. Lambeth Office is a care at home service providing support to adults, people living with dementia, learning disabilities and mental health. At the time of the inspection, there were 6 people using the service. This is the first inspection of the service. We have assessed the service against ‘right support, right care, right culture guidance. This was to make judgments whether the provider guaranteed people with a learning disability or autistic people, respect, equality, dignity, choices, independence and good access to local communities that most people take for granted. The inspection was carried out by 1 inspector and 1 Expert by Experience. An Expert by Experience is a person who has personal experience of using or caring for someone who uses this type of service. The service had enough staff employed to keep people safe. Pre-employment checks for staff were completed. Staff received an induction at the beginning of their employment, as well as regular training and appraisals throughout their employment. The provider had a culture of staff development and were proactive in supporting staff with training courses to aid their development. People had care plans in place which documented all their care needs, so staff had relevant information on how to support people safely. Staff told us they were happy working for Lambeth Office. They told us they felt well supported by the registered manager. The service had a range of policies and procedures in place for staff to follow to work towards keeping people safe and keeping the service running smoothly.
