   Surecare Hillingdon, a small domiciliary care agency supporting 13 people, was rated Good overall following a focused inspection of the safe and well-led key questions. Inspectors found safe care delivery, effective safeguarding, robust recruitment and medicines management, and a positive person-centred culture, with only minor concerns about accuracy of the electronic visit monitoring system.
