   Able2Achieve, a domiciliary and supported living service for people with learning disabilities and autism in Somerset, improved its overall rating from Requires Improvement to Good, resolving previous regulatory breaches around recruitment and statutory notifications. The service demonstrated strong safeguarding, person-centred care, and governance, with minor concerns around staff consistency and agency staff communication skills.
