Date of assessment: 01 July to 10 July 2025. A Caring Company Limited Homecare is a domiciliary home-care service providing personal and social care to people living in their own homes. Not everyone who used the service received personal care. CQC only inspects where people receive the regulated activity of personal care. This is help with tasks related to personal hygiene. Where they do, we also consider any wider social care provided. At the time of this assessment 27 people were receiving support with personal care. People received safe care and support and risks of experiencing avoidable harm were reduced by the provider's risk assessments and risk management plans. Robust procedures were in place to ensure care visits were not missed. Staff and managers were clear about their responsibility to safeguard people from abuse. People received care in their own homes from staff whose suitability was established through recruitment processes. People knew how to make a complaint or raise a concern, and we found the provider was responsive to the views and recommendations of people and staff for improving the care people received. Care plans were reviewed taking into consideration people’s communication, personal and health needs.
