   Allfor Care improved from Requires Improvement to Good following a focused inspection of Safe and Well-led domains, having remediated a prior breach of Regulation 17 by implementing quality assurance monitoring systems for care calls, records and staff files. No regulatory breaches were identified at this inspection, though a minor concern around occasional staff lateness was noted and referred to the registered manager.
