eLIVEate Care and Support received a Good rating across all five key questions at its first CQC inspection in December 2021, demonstrating safe, person-centred supported living for four people with learning disabilities and/or autism. The service was particularly commended for its strong staff relationships, robust care planning, family involvement, and effective multi-agency working.

· People had dedicated regular staff teams, building trusting relationships and providing consistent, person-centred care.
· Care and behaviour support plans were comprehensive, accurate, regularly reviewed, and developed with involvement of people and their families.
· Staff were well trained, inducted, and had regular competency checks including in specialist areas such as behaviours that challenge and epilepsy.
· Medicines were managed safely with regular audits and competency checks.
· Strong family involvement facilitated through electronic care planning system, app access to rotas and daily notes, and regular communication with management.
